This Code of Conduct defines the values and principles that guide all participants of Bridge to Scale 2025, including founders, mentors, partners, and the 1991 team.
We build an open and inclusive environment. Treat everyone with respect regardless of their background, experience, or opinion. Listen actively, provide constructive feedback, and help others grow.

Share your challenges honestly. This programme works best when startups, mentors, and the 1991 team collaborate openly. Don’t hesitate to ask for help or feedback — that’s what we’re here for.
✳️ Transparency creates trust and accelerates learning.
Take ownership of your progress. Attend sessions, update your tracker weekly, and be proactive with mentors and peers. The more you engage, the more you get out of the programme.
✳️ Momentum = participation + consistency.
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, unethical behaviour, or violation of confidentiality. Any such case will be reviewed by the 1991 team and may result in removal from the programme.
